Coquitlam Centre serves as the southern gateway to Downtown Coquitlam. The Centre is surrounded by many community services and amenities including Douglas College, the Aquatic Centre, Evergreen Cultural Centre, Coquitlam Public Library and City Hall, all within a 3 block radius.

Located directly behind the Centre is the Tri-City Chamber of Commerce. The Chamber provides both residents and tourists with information regarding the community, hotels, restaurants and activities.
