Regulations:

  1. For unloading purposes, all vehicles must use the loading dock, not Centre entrances.
  2. Cars of staff must be parked in the rooftop parking area.
  3. Carts/display must be manned during customary shopping centre hours:
    Monday and Tuesday
    10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

    Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday
    10:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.

    Saturday
    9:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

    Sunday & Holidays
    11:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

  4. Set up of displays must be completed prior to opening. Any restocking of display should be done before and after shopping centre hours. Displays are to be taken down and removed after shopping centre hours only.
  5. Floors must be protected from damage by exhibits. Carpets must be bound on the edges to lie flat.
  6. Chairs and extension cords are not provided by the shopping centre. Electrical wiring must be covered and taped down with duct tape.
  7. No drinking, eating or smoking will be permitted at the display.
  8. Absolutely no handwritten signs will be permitted. Signage must be professionally printed. Flashing and neon signs/lights are not permitted.
  9. Signage, merchandise or other items may not be affixed in any way to the building or the landscaping (this includes glass and oak railings, brick pillars, ceiling, benches, doors, windows, and planters).
  10. Fire regulations require a 12-foot radius for a walkway around the display. Display height is restricted to 6 feet unless otherwise approved by the Landlord.
  11. Any costs incurred due to damage caused by an exhibitor will be the responsibility of the exhibitor or his agent.
  12. All displays must be visually acceptable from all angles per the Landlord’s approval.
  13. The Coquitlam Centre will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the display.
  14. It is the responsibility of the Tenant to keep the display area clear of garbage at all times, and free of boxes.
  15. The Tenant must provide proof satisfactory to the Landlord that they carry and maintain general public liability insurance in the amount of no less than $3,000,000.
  16. The Tenant is responsible for obtaining a City of Coquitlam business license to operate a kiosk in the shopping centre.
  17. The Tenant should not solicit or demand attention from the customers.
